The end of another perfect day on the beautiful Oregon Coast at Cannon Beach. Cotton candy clouds give way to cool breezes and signal our move from sunset into dusk and approaching blue hour. The crowds have waned and now I am treated to a front row seat for one at this beautiful show.

I Heard the Sunset Calling

It's a easy-going Sunday in late June, and suddenly I hear the ocean and sunset calling to me. It's only a two hour drive, I think...grab my gear and jump in the truck. It was worth the drive: Sun-rays light up the landscape in Oceanside, OR on this beautiful June evening.
